The member companies of the Electric Roundtable are all privately owned, union shops. Each member is considered the “cream of the crop” in their own markets.
The Electric Roundtable has formed committees in Business Development & Marketing, Purchasing, Accounting, Safety, Service Group, Estimating, Preconstruction & Prefabrication, and Project Management. These committees meet on a regular basis to address process improvement for each member company’s business.
“Since the start of our involvement with the Electric Roundtable in 2012, our firm has been blessed to collaborate and contribute to the best practices, critiques, and team building of the companies we consider the best of the best in our industry. We attribute much of the advancement and successes B&D has achieved to the influence of the peer group, have successfully completed several projects in partnerships with the other firms, and are very proud to be included in such an elite company.”
“The ERT has helped shape the way we operate our business. Through trust and transparency, the best practices shared, and insights into how best in class contractors operate has been invaluable.”
“For the past 30 years the Electric Roundtable has been instrumental in the growth and development of E-J Electric Installation Co. as a company. Our Roundtable partners have offered critiques to strengthen our firms, shared innovative practices to lead in the industry, and together we have successfully built projects. The Electric Roundtable is ‘the best of the best’ nationwide.”
“Since becoming a member of the Electric Roundtable in 1998, many great things have happened at ERMCO. Much of our growth and development was due to relationships formed and information shared as a part of the peer group. While faces have changed within our organization, we have looked to the leadership within the Electric Roundtable to provide mentorship and support as we have grown. In every case the member partners were there for support, as we feel we have been for our member partners within the organization. The peer group is a great source of knowledge and industry experience and has played a part in helping us grow to be the successful contractor that we are.”
